Knoxville Multiuse Stadium

Covenant Health Park will sit on a gentle hill on Knoxville’s west side, offering big views of the city skyline and the Appalachian foothills. A wide entry plaza with a covered pavilion welcomes visitors into the ballpark, where four corner pavilions hold food stands, community rooms, and a special club level. Beyond the outfield, open lawns can host concerts, farmers markets, or neighborhood events. Rain gardens tucked into the walkways help manage stormwater naturally, and a rooftop terrace gives extra overlooks for both games and public gatherings.

The park’s materials—local river stone, rust-colored steel, and warm wood accents—echo East Tennessee’s landscape and heritage. The pavilions use cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels to create a strong, eco-friendly roof structure. Designed together by Populous Architects, BarberMcMurry Architects, and DIA Architects, Covenant Health Park blends top-tier stadium features with welcoming community spaces, making it a lively, year-round hub for sport, culture, and neighborhood life.
